What do I have to specify when shipping to a DHL Packstation
If you want your package to be sent to a different delivery address such as a DHL Packstation you only have to fill in the fields as follows:
Department: The postal number of your personal DHL customer number
Street: Do not enter a street but the word "Packstation"
House number: The number of the Packstation
Postcode: The zip code of the Packstation
Place: The place of the Packstation.

**The Post Number is your personal DHL customer number, which you will receive after logging into your DHL customer account. Your Post number is on your Packstation customer card. You can also find it under My Data and Services in the "Personal Data" section and in the DHL Parcel App after you have logged in.
